Our client is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee parks and recreational services in a rapidly growing community. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic leadership and building effective relationships in a complex municipal environment. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director will be a key member of the Leadership Team, contributing to decision-making and providing operational leadership for a diverse portfolio including recreation services, parks operations, urban forestry, and parks planning.The Director will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage significant budgets, and work collaboratively with Council, community partners, First Nations, and other stakeholders to advance community priorities.
