Our client is seeking a Director, Organizational Effectiveness to provide strategic leadership in driving enterprise-wide transformation, enhancing organizational performance, and cultivating a future-ready workforce and culture. Reporting to the Vice-President, Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and lead key initiatives in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management. The role will involve designing and implementing strategies to strengthen organizational capability, boost employee engagement, and support the successful delivery of enterprise priorities.The Director will be responsible for overseeing programs that promote leadership excellence, foster agility, and establish a culture of continuous learning and inclusion within our client. Collaborating across different branches, the Director will facilitate effective adaptation to change and ensure alignment between human capital strategies and our client's long-term vision.
