The Director will oversee the financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of net revenue and related metrics. They will lead a team of four direct reports, providing guidance and support in understanding and estimating revenue across the system. The Director will also be responsible for managing contractual allowances, denials, bad debt, and charity reserves, working closely with the Vice President of Corporate Finance to ensure financial goals are met.In addition to overseeing revenue reporting, the Director will collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for improving financial performance and efficiency. They will analyze trends and variances in revenue data, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. The Director will also play a key role in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
