Description

We are seeking a Director of Mid-Atlantic Sales to lead and grow sales momentum across Tier I–III agencies and direct client relationships throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The role reports into the regional leadership team and focuses on consultative selling, building strong executive-level relationships, and driving revenue results through both managed and self-service media solutions.

Responsibilities include proactively identifying new revenue opportunities; driving account growth and profitability through new business, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives; and owning extensive client communication, strategic planning, and troubleshooting to support client satisfaction. The role also supports thought leadership and consultative guidance to align client business needs with available products and services, differentiates offerings versus competitors, leads contract negotiations for new sales, renewals, and expansions, and develops accurate revenue forecasts based on sales entries.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution and at least 10 years of digital media experience, including 7+ years selling to Mid-Atlantic brand direct and agency clients. Experience is expected in programmatic selling across both managed and self-service models, with strong relationships among clients, consultants, and agencies in the region. The ideal person is driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with polished presentation and communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a coordinated sales organization.
