Additionally, the Director will be accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive occupational health and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.In addition to labour relations, the Director will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training, security, salary administration, and organizational development. They will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of labour laws and regulations, and the ability to effectively manage complex HR issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
