The Director, Human Resources will lead a team of HR professionals and oversee all aspects of HR operations within our client, including administration, labour relations, performance management, benefits and compensation, recruitment and retention, and more. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting a culture of inclusion and professional growth, and fostering the well-being of all staff and volunteers. The Director will report to the Vice President, People, Engagement & Social Accountability and play a key role in shaping our client's strategic direction in terms of people management.The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic and innovative leader with a strong background in HR management. They will have experience in overseeing a wide range of HR functions and a proven track record of cultivating a positive workplace culture. The Director will be responsible for driving forward our client's HR strategy and ensuring that every member of the team can thrive in their roles.
