The Director, Human Resources will work closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall mission of the organization. They will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement. The Director will also be tasked with ensuring that all HR policies and practices are legally compliant and aligned with the organization's goals.In addition to the day-to-day operational responsibilities, the Director will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the HR department. This includes developing succession plans, fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts, and utilizing HR data analytics to drive decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in all areas of HR functions and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies.
