The Chief Financial Officer/Director of Finance & Information Technology (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of functions within the Finance and IT Department to ensure effective and transparent municipal operations. This includes managing the City's financial, IT, purchasing, customer billing, and collection operations, as well as fulfilling statutory duties as the City's Financial Officer and Collector. The CFO will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and work closely with Council, the Police Board, Library Board, and the Senior Management Team to provide essential financial and IT support to the organization.As a key member of the City's Senior Management Team, the CFO will collaborate with all City Department Directors to lead the organization and ensure the financial health and efficiency of municipal operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the City's strategic goals and objectives through effective financial management and IT solutions.
