The client is seeking applications for the Director, Executive Programs, a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the strategic direction, growth, and market impact of the organization’s executive and corporate education portfolio. The position will advance innovative learning solutions and strengthen engagement with corporate, government, and not-for-profit partners through experiential, leadership-focused programming.
Reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration, the Director provides strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for the executive and corporate education portfolio, including the Directors College (C.Dir). The role is accountable for portfolio performance, including program development and positioning, business development, financial sustainability, partnerships, and risk management, and will establish governance and performance frameworks while expanding market presence, diversifying revenue, and delivering high-impact learning solutions.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic vision, leadership, and governance; leading multi-year strategy, annual planning, and risk management; advising senior leadership on growth opportunities, investments, partnerships, and emerging trends; and driving business development, market engagement, and influence through strategic partnerships across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors. The Director will build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, partners, alumni, industry, government, and academic stakeholders, leveraging market intelligence to inform portfolio strategy and strengthen reputation and thought leadership in executive education.
