Our client is looking for a Director of Data & Analytics to oversee the Health Intelligence function and enhance the value of data in clinical, operational, and research settings. Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, the Director will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's data and analytics strategy, improving governance and quality, and delivering timely insights to support decision-making and patient care. Leading an established team, the Director will focus on building capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and engaging with stakeholders across the organization to build confidence in data quality and provide strategic oversight for major initiatives such as transitioning to Power BI and implementing tools to support AI.The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling timely and tailored access to data and analytics tools, as well as modernizing the organization's data environment. The Director will be responsible for driving organizational confidence in data quality, overseeing the transition to new tools, and supporting initiatives to enhance data for AI.
