Description

The client is seeking a Director, Contractor Network to provide critical leadership in shaping the quality, reliability, and future evolution of a regional roadside and repair partner network. Working closely with the Vice President, Operations and the roadside team, the role will lead network strategy, performance, partner engagement, and continuous improvement to support member safety, service excellence, and trust across the region.

The Director oversees a network of more than 150 mobile service providers and more than 50 Approved Auto Repair Service facilities. This is a hands-on strategic leadership position focused on strengthening partner relationships, elevating service quality, advancing safe and consistent operations, improving network performance, and ensuring members receive trusted support when they need it most.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a multi-year contractor network strategy; aligning network priorities with organizational objectives through cross-functional collaboration; establishing and enforcing operating standards and performance expectations using contracts, service standards, KPIs, dashboards, and partner scorecards; and implementing digital tools that improve contractor performance, member experience, safety, and operational efficiency. The role also involves strengthening service provider engagement through communication, training, coaching, feedback, and incentives; negotiating and managing contracts and supporting cost containment and budget-related processes; enhancing collaboration with Approved Auto Repair Service partners and identifying growth opportunities; and supporting employee and partner development with coaching and mentorship, while maintaining a strong commitment to safe, member-focused service delivery. The role requires post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
