An opportunity has opened for a highly experienced Head of Exchange Operations with a leading global fintech and blockchain company expanding in Asia. The position involves leading and scaling key operational functions for a global digital asset platform. The successful candidate will be at the heart of exchange performance, overseeing user-centric operations and collaborating with various teams to ensure the platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
The role requires the candidate to oversee core exchange operations, working closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Data teams. Key responsibilities include transforming user and KYC feedback into actionable insights, monitoring token performance, liquidity, and trading activity, and ensuring data accuracy on platforms. The individual will also drive process improvements and track important metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in exchange or trading operations, with a strong understanding of trading flows, liquidity management, and token performance. Experience in a crypto/fintech environment and familiarity with data platforms will be beneficial. The role demands someone with a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. A basic understanding of KYC and onboarding processes is also required.
