the client is seeking a senior Director of Commercial Analytics to lead and shape analytics strategy with international impact. In this role, you will define how commercial performance is measured and understood across multiple markets, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy, investment, and growth.
You will act as the international commercial analytics partner across sales, marketing, and market access. Responsibilities include leading and developing a small, high-performing analytics team; translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and actionable insights; driving standardized metrics and measurement across regions while allowing for local nuance; owning attribution and effectiveness measurement for commercial activity; and synthesizing complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership to support decision-making. You will also help stand up and scale a new international analytics capability.
The client expects a strong background in commercial analytics within complex, regulated environments and proven people leadership experience scaling an analytics capability. You should be confident operating in ambiguity and in challenging business thinking, with experience in attribution, measurement, and market research data. Strong executive-level communication and data storytelling skills are essential, along with comfort working across different healthcare or distribution models.
