As Deputy General Director for a construction sector PME, you will help oversee and lead the organization’s operational activities. You will manage strategic processes to optimize overall performance, and you will align and mobilize teams around shared objectives while maximizing organizational efficiency and profitability.
You will develop and implement the company’s development strategy, identifying and leveraging new market opportunities within the construction industry. The role is expected to cover a broad scope of responsibilities, supporting both day-to-day operational leadership and longer-term strategic execution.
Candidates are expected to have significant experience in positions such as Deputy General Director, Operations Director, or Development Director. Ideally, you will have experience across both large organizations and PME/ETI environments, and you should have strong familiarity with construction-sector challenges, with the ability to balance operational management with strategic leadership.
