As a strategic partner to the Group CFO, the candidate will co-own the profit and loss reports and help shape the financial direction of the Spanish business. This includes leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as supporting mergers and acquisitions activities. The CFO will oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, treasury, and audit processes to ensure timely integration into group reporting structures. They will drive working capital efficiency, cash forecasting, and cost control efforts, while implementing scalable systems to support future growth. The candidate will also provide financial insights to support pricing, contract profitability, and bid strategies, translating data into actionable intelligence for decision-making.
The CFO will lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration, and championing capability development. They will modernize tools and reporting to align with group standards, contribute to ESG reporting, and support sustainability certifications. The ideal applicant will have senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a market-entry or buy-and-build platform, with expertise in B2B service environments, Spanish GAAP, and IFRS.
