Director of Human Resources H/F - New position within a leading Group in the environmental sector. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for managing the CSE, leading relations with a demanding and structured CSE, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and effective communication. They will also be tasked with implementing the HR strategy with a focus on training, talent attraction, and career management, as well as strengthening and continuing commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Additionally, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for ensuring constructive social dialogue in an environment where headquarters and technical teams (agencies) coexist, and adapting HR policies to the specificities of a multidisciplinary environment. They will manage the teams dedicated to the scope (3 people).
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including significant experience as an HR Director. Very good knowledge of labor law and social law is required, as well as experience in social relations and CSE. Experience in an industrial and/or construction environment will be a plus.
