the client, an international, growing group, is seeking a Group Financial Performance Director (F/H). In this role, you will develop, document, and maintain the group’s financial reference materials, including analytical methodologies, reporting standards, and the structure of performance analyses.
You will ensure the coherence, comparability, and compliance of financial data across all entities, and support regional and local finance teams in adopting group-wide standards. The position also involves producing cross-functional analyses to inform strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level, identifying key factors driving economic performance, and proposing improvement levers.
You will prepare reliable management-ready syntheses, consolidate information from multiple geographic areas, and safeguard data quality. You will contribute to improving group finance processes such as reporting, planning, and forecasting, coordinate exchanges with regional finance leaders to strengthen uniform practices, and help disseminate best practices by harmonizing tools and providing regular monitoring of key performance indicators.
