The client, a leader in the environmental sector, is seeking a Directeur Administratif et Financier to join their team. The successful candidate will act as a Business Partner, supporting the General Management and other operational departments in strategic decision-making such as financial planning, external growth operations, and capital movements, as well as in operational tasks including accounting, management control, treasury, and taxation. The Director will also be responsible for financial relationships with stakeholders such as shareholders, banks, and various experts.
Key responsibilities of the Directeur Administratif et Financier include preparing and ensuring the compliance and reliability of financial statements, managing high-level financial operations such as acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, overseeing treasury and financing activities, supervising and validating management control, planning, budgeting, and reporting, and contributing to the improvement or implementation of management information systems in collaboration with the IT department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Directeur Administratif et Financier in the industry or construction sector, with a strong understanding of accounting and financial techniques, as well as excellent analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required.
