In this context, the client is hiring a Chief Administrative and Financial Officer to support business development and structure the finance function within an demanding LBO setting, with a focus on economic performance and funding.

Key responsibilities include driving overall financial performance, monitoring profitability by business activity and product, and supporting operational teams in improving performance. The role prioritizes cash and working capital management, including deploying proactive cash management, optimizing working capital in a structured way, building a cash-oriented culture, and structuring short-term financing while optimizing treasury. The position also involves constructing and steering business plans, ensuring the reliability and solidity of financial projections, and preparing investor-focused reporting.

The role includes active participation in boards of directors and strategic committees, ensuring clear and credible financial communication, and contributing to strategic direction. The successful candidate will manage and structure finance teams, implement processes and tools suited to growth, supervise accounting, tax, and legal matters, and oversee audits to ensure compliance. Qualifications include at least 15 years of finance experience, strong exposure to LBO/private equity environments, recognized expertise in cash management and working capital optimization, solid knowledge of funding and debt structuring, experience managing demanding investor relationships, strong leadership and influence with senior leadership and investors, and a pragmatic, hands-on entrepreneurial approach, with fluent English.
