Description

In this role, you will lead the sales teams across Switzerland, focusing on expanding existing markets and identifying new opportunities while ensuring growth and profitability targets are met. Working closely with the general management, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy in Switzerland.

Your key responsibilities include managing and developing both internal and external sales teams, analyzing markets, identifying client needs, and anticipating market trends. Additionally, you will establish sales initiatives to strengthen the clients presence, particularly in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, and oversee key accounts and strategic negotiations.

You will also participate in the implementation of CRM tools in the new ERP system to ensure effective sales use. Collaboration with the production, technical office, and finance departments is crucial for smooth operations. You are expected to prepare budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports, as well as represent the client at professional events and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and/or commercial background, with proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in building technology. Leadership, excellent communication, negotiation, and customer retention skills are essential, alongside a strategic vision and analytical mindset.
