As the Head of Digitalization, you will be responsible for leading and developing the strategic and operational IT and digitalization efforts of our client. This includes ensuring a stable and cost-effective IT environment, developing IT strategy, managing systems, and driving digital development in alignment with the organization's goals. You will also be tasked with initiating and overseeing digitalization initiatives and change projects to streamline processes, enhance working methods, and improve member benefits.In addition to managing the internal IT organization, including personnel and budget responsibilities, you will also be responsible for information security, IT governance, and compliance with relevant laws and guidelines. You will coordinate requirements, procurement, and supplier management, as well as represent our client in IT, digitalization, and information security matters. Collaboration with union management, regions, and operations will be essential to ensure that IT and digitalization efforts support the organization's objectives, and you will participate in management and steering groups while monitoring external technological developments.
