An opportunity has arisen for a Technology Transformation Leader to join as a consultant with the client in the financial services sector. This contract role involves building a business case and securing stakeholder buy-in for a major IT transformation initiative, encompassing a review of existing enterprise systems, implementation of scalable platforms, enhancement of cybersecurity measures, and support for ongoing growth. The selected candidate will work closely with executive leadership to transform the company's technology framework.

The role's key responsibilities include developing and executing a global IT and digital transformation strategy that aligns with the business's objectives and growth plans. The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive technology transformation across enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps. They will define and implement an optimized IT operating model and governance structure, ensuring organizational change and successful adoption of new processes. Additionally, the leader will conduct diagnostics on current ERP and enterprise systems for future scalability and efficiency, driving the adoption of cloud platforms and data analytics to support digital innovation.

This position requires a candidate with over 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, having held senior roles such as CIO, CTO, or Head of Technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale digital and technology transformation programs within complex global organizations. Experience in financial services, insurance, or related industries is preferred, along with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in high-performance environments.
