This role is an ideal transition from strategy consulting into the digital assets space, with a remote-first consulting approach. You will lead strategic consulting work for clients in the digital assets industry and help support the growth of the firm through direct client engagement, internal team development, and participation in business development efforts. The position involves keeping pace with a fast-moving sector and applying new developments to support client outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing strategic consulting projects, building and strengthening an internal delivery team of strategic consultants, and taking the lead in client pitches to win mandates. You will prepare persuasive pitches and presentations, maintain awareness of evolving industry developments, and collaborate closely with the founders to implement the company’s vision and growth ambitions. Strong stakeholder management is expected, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and global clients.
Successful applicants will have Bachelor’s or Master’s studies and professional experience in a strategy or consulting role focused on financial services. Relevant experience working with crypto or digital assets is preferred, along with strong managerial skills, an analytical problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Fluency in both German and English is required to engage with a range of clients, and the role is expected to offer growth potential within a permanent position.
