The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to create and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to support the client's mission and programs. This individual will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors, securing major gifts, and overseeing all aspects of donor stewardship. The Director of Development will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies for donor acquisition and retention, as well as managing fundraising events and campaigns.Additionally, the Director of Development will be responsible for overseeing the client's grant writing efforts, ensuring that all proposals are submitted in a timely manner and align with the client's strategic goals. This individual will also be responsible for managing a team of development professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the success of the client's fundraising efforts. The Director of Development will play a key role in helping to secure the financial resources needed to support the client's mission and programs.
