Rossbourne School is looking for an experienced and capable Deputy Principal to support the school's future. Reporting to the Principal, this leadership position involves overseeing school operations, teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and community engagement. The Deputy Principal will work closely with the Principal to ensure high-quality educational outcomes for all students, leading strategic decision-making, chairing committees, overseeing staffing and timetabling, and acting as the designated Child Safety Officer.As a member of the School Executive, the Deputy Principal will play a key role in shaping the school's long-term growth planning and enhancing innovative programs. They will be responsible for staff development, building community relationships, and implementing whole-school frameworks. In times when the Principal is unavailable, the Deputy Principal will step in as Acting Principal, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to the school's mission and values.
