The Deputy Head of Senior School, Wellbeing at our client will be responsible for leading and advancing student wellbeing and pastoral care across Years 7 to 12. They must have significant expertise in managing complex student matters and embedding best-practice support aligned with the school's culture, values, and positive education approach. This individual will serve as a key resource for managing student wellbeing and will be an escalation point for more serious student wellbeing matters.The Deputy Head of Senior School, Wellbeing must have a strong understanding of best practices in supporting students with diverse needs and managing student wellbeing in a school setting. They will be responsible for fostering a positive student culture, supporting students with identified needs, managing behavioral issues, and responding to students with physical, mental, or emotional concerns. Additionally, this role requires compliance with school policy and government legislation regarding student wellbeing concerns.
