the client is seeking a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. This role provides consultative leadership and oversight of compliance programs, ensuring ongoing effectiveness of programs and processes in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and governmental obligations.
Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer will collaborate with university-wide and regional leadership, management, and medical staff to promote a culture of positive ethical conduct, and to support the detection and resolution of compliance, ethics, and privacy matters that do not conform to federal and state laws.
Requirements include a master’s degree and ten years of related experience. Certification in one of the following areas is required or expected: Healthcare Compliance, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified in Compliance and Ethics Professional, Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance, or Certified Fraud Examiner.
