The client, a prominent cultural institution in the UK, is seeking a Deputy Chair to support the Chair and contribute to the clients strategic direction. The Deputy Chair will play an instrumental role in providing senior-level commercial insight to the Board and will lead the trading subsidiary, emphasizing innovation and sustainability while aligning with the clients charitable mission.
The successful candidate will offer strategic counsel, ensure strong commercial performance, and promote good governance, diversity, and succession planning within the client. Additionally, they will serve as an ambassador, fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders.
