This role provides strategic leadership and execution to drive scaled commercial impact for the client, partnering closely with senior executive leadership to define and implement short- and long-term business strategies. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans across business units, proactively monitor market trends and competitor activity, and lead transformation initiatives that may include digitalization and go-to-market optimization.
You will own topline growth responsibilities across channels, categories, and geographies, supporting sales excellence across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce. The position oversees pricing strategy, promotions, and revenue management, while ensuring strong brand positioning and marketing return on investment. It also includes supervising end-to-end supply chain efficiency (including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics), supporting demand planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency efforts to improve margin performance.
As an executive leader, you will align and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR, building a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability. You will act as a key decision-maker in executive leadership forums, mentor the senior leadership team, and support succession planning, while overseeing P&L performance, budgeting and forecasting, and risk mitigation. The role is expected to require 15–20 years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods, demonstrated senior leadership in functions such as commercial, operations, or general management, strong multi-channel distribution exposure, and high financial acumen; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected, with postgraduate education typically preferred.
