The client is looking for an established academic leader with a strong academic profile appropriate for appointment at professorial level and substantial senior leadership experience at Dean, Deputy Dean, or equivalent level. The person should demonstrate experience leading change and improving organisational performance, building and leading effective senior teams, and operating at scale while managing complex portfolios and competing priorities.
