Our client Northern Arizona University is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Dean of The W.A. Franke College of Business. Reporting to the Executive Vice President & Provost, the Dean will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with faculty, students, industry partners, and the community to advance the common vision and high aspirations of the College. Key priorities for the Dean include promoting exceptional outcomes for students, broadening educational access, recruiting and retaining talented faculty and staff, and managing resources effectively to deepen the College's impact on students and the state of Arizona. The Dean will also collaborate closely with University leadership, external partners, and fundraising entities to advocate for the College and support its growth and development.The Dean will oversee a leadership team within the College, which includes an associate dean, academic department chairs, directors, and office staff. With a focus on fundraising, development, and student recruitment, the Dean will be based at the Flagstaff Mountain campus but will also travel extensively to regional, national, and international locations. The School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, a part of the College, is located in the Eugene Hughes Building on the Flagstaff Mountain campus, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for students. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the College's mission, fostering a sense of community, and driving excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
