The client invites nominations and applications for the next Dean of the College of Business. This flagship academic role will provide leadership for a globally engaged, locally rooted business education mission, stewarding key relationships and responsibilities with care and accountability. The Dean will lead a community-centered institution guided by cultural stewardship, environmental insight, and a commitment to leadership that is relational and grounded in place.
The client seeks a visionary, collaborative, and culturally attuned leader to advance equity, innovation, and long-term sustainability within the college. Core responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic vision; fostering faculty and staff excellence; driving program innovation and market responsiveness; championing student success and expanding access; deepening and expanding industry engagement and community impact; strengthening resources and operational capacity; and amplifying the college’s global brand and regional leadership.
Candidates must hold a PhD or equivalent terminal degree in Business Administration or a closely related field and have a record consistent with appointment as a full professor at the University.
