WittKieffer is assisting our client in the search for a new Dean of the School of Business and Leadership (SBL). The Dean will be responsible for leading the school, advocating for its mission, and reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Additionally, the Dean will be a member of the University Leadership Team, providing input on important institutional matters. The successful candidate will need to ensure the execution of the School's goals, both internally and externally, by building consensus and relationships, serving as a spokesperson and fundraiser, and working closely with campus leadership.The Dean will play a crucial role in advancing the SBL's agenda by engaging with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members. This position requires a strategic partner who can thrive in a dynamic environment and foster transparent and inclusive dialogue. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can effectively communicate the School's priorities and work collaboratively with others to achieve its goals.
