The client seeks the next Dean of the College of Engineering and Technology. The dean will join the college as it builds on its current momentum, leading the college’s academic and administrative efforts and serving as a key figure in shaping its future direction.
The dean serves as the chief administrative, academic, and budgetary officer for the college and reports to the EVPP. In this role, the dean provides leadership for faculty and supports undergraduate and graduate students, modeling integrity and professionalism while promoting effective collaboration across the client and broader academic communities.
The dean will coordinate academic programs, interdisciplinary initiatives, and scholarship, working closely with other deans and stakeholders across the region and beyond. Candidates are expected to submit a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, and a list of professional references to be considered. The client will begin reviewing applications immediately and may consider candidates who submit materials by the recommended date.
