The next dean will be responsible for leading a thorough examination of the curriculum to ensure that students are well-prepared for the workforce and equipped to adapt to constant change in the business and technology sectors. They will also be expected to build partnerships with businesses and nonprofit organizations in the region to provide opportunities for students through graduate and certificate programs, executive education, and internships.Additionally, the dean will need to cultivate relationships with alumni, parents, friends, and community partners to raise funds to support the College, its faculty, and students. Growing graduate enrollment will be a key focus, along with advancing the interests of the University and collaborating effectively on the Academic Council while advocating for the College.
