The Dean of the College will play a crucial role in leading and aligning the College's strategic goals with our client's broader strategic plan, UND LEADS. Responsibilities include academic and administrative planning, budgeting, policy implementation, fundraising, and external relations. The Dean will work closely with the Provost to oversee academic program development, faculty recruitment and development, and student relations, while promoting scholarly and creative endeavors within the College.Our client is seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader to continue the growth and expansion of the Nistler College, providing exceptional educational experiences and fostering faculty-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a team player committed to communication, excellence, and shared governance, with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
