The Dean of the James E. Rogers College of Law will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision to advance the College of Law's reputation and impact. They will oversee all aspects of academic programs, faculty development, student success, and external relations. The Dean will work closely with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external stakeholders to enhance the College of Law's national and international standing.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic leadership, a deep understanding of legal education, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. The Dean will be responsible for fundraising, budget management, and strategic planning to ensure the continued success and growth of the College of Law.
