The College of Sciences and Technology (CST) is seeking a Dean to oversee academic planning, program quality, student success, and resource stewardship. The Dean will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to advance discovery, talent development, and regional economic opportunity in STEM disciplines. The successful candidate will have a distinguished record of leadership, collaboration, and innovation, with a strong commitment to supporting faculty and advancing student success in STEM degree programs.Reporting to the provost, the Dean will serve as a liaison between faculty, staff, students, and department leaders within the college. Responsibilities include providing strategic vision, maintaining academic standards, supporting students throughout their program of study, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The Dean will play a central role in promoting high-quality instruction, innovation, and student engagement in undergraduate research to address workforce needs in STEM fields.
