The client is seeking a Dean of the College of Science to lead efforts to rethink how science education is delivered, with a stronger emphasis on technology, personalization, and lifelong learning. The dean will guide the college’s academic direction and will build productive, creative partnerships across the wider university community, including its global network, to leverage shared strengths and experience among academic units. This role also includes shaping a coordinated education-and-research enterprise across campuses.
As the college continues to grow, the dean will recruit and retain talented faculty and students, broaden academic offerings, and increase research productivity. The dean will engage external partners to identify ways to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry in addressing high-impact societal challenges. In addition, the dean will help strengthen the client’s position as a global university by fostering integrated systems that support both education and research across locations.
