The dean is expected to provide strategic leadership across an academic community that includes multiple departments and cross-disciplinary programs supporting more than 10,000 students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Key priorities will include advancing faculty excellence, strengthening student outcomes, and continuing community engagement, while ensuring the college’s academic offerings and support services remain aligned with institutional mission and impact.
