The Dean of the College of Health Sciences will oversee six academic departments and provide leadership in promoting student-centeredness, collaboration, vision, and communication within the college. They will work to develop partnerships with health services professionals and education systems to enhance student learning and job preparation, facilitate faculty research, and improve the quality of life in the Poconos region.The Dean will be responsible for fostering inter-organizational collaboration and leveraging the knowledge and skills of various stakeholders to create opportunities for growth and development within the college. They will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the college and ensuring that it remains at the forefront of health sciences education and research in the region.
