The client is seeking an accomplished and forward-looking leader to serve as the next Dean of the College of Dental Medicine. The college is positioned for continued growth within a private research university and an academic health environment, with strong academic programs, an expansive and evolving clinical enterprise, and a growing research profile. The dean will lead efforts to advance the college’s impact in dental education, clinical care, and discovery through thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and strategic investment.
In this role, the dean will report to the university’s executive vice president, provost, and chief academic officer, and will lead the college within the university’s health system alongside multiple health professional schools. The integrated environment offers opportunities to strengthen interdisciplinary education, expand clinical productivity, and accelerate research growth, particularly in translational and population-focused oral health research. The role is supported by a distinctive clinical and research setting serving a large, diverse, medically complex population, providing a platform for innovation in education, care delivery, and community engagement.
