Our client is looking for a Dean of Students to lead the Student Life division in providing support and resources for student engagement, well-being, safety, crisis management, and residence life. The ideal candidate will oversee a team responsible for various aspects of student life, including wellness, campus safety, residence life, conduct, faith and spirituality, and co-curricular programs. The Dean will work collaboratively with other departments to enhance student success, retention, and graduation rates.The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in student affairs and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of students. They will have experience in crisis management, residence life, and fostering a positive campus environment for students. The Dean of Students will play a key role in advancing the College's mission of providing a supportive and engaging community for all students.
