Our client is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee student engagement, well-being, safety, crisis management, and residence life within the Student Life division. The Dean will lead a team responsible for various aspects of student life, including wellness, campus safety, residence life and conduct, faith and spirituality, and co-curricular programs. By working collaboratively across the division and the College, the Dean will provide leadership to enhance student success, retention, and graduation rates.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a wide range of student life programs and services, as well as a strong commitment to student success and well-being. The Dean will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support student engagement and success, as well as ensuring a safe and inclusive campus environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for supporting the holistic development of students.
