Cal State East Bay is seeking a Dean for the College of Business and Economics to oversee a team of faculty and staff in a dynamic business and industry environment. Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean will play a key role in shaping the Academic Affairs leadership team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues and contribute to the growth and development of the college.The Dean will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the College of Business and Economics, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. They will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to enhance academic programs, promote student success, and engage with industry partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and economics, as well as experience in academic administration and leadership.
