The client invites nominations and applications for the position of Dean of the College of Engineering. This senior leadership role will guide a large, research-intensive engineering college and help shape the next chapter for engineering through increased impact, strengthened global engagement, and advancement of an engineering education approach aligned with emerging opportunities in education and discovery.
The Dean will build on the college’s strengths in rigorous, personalized education and experiential learning, and will support continued growth in both undergraduate and graduate engineering programs as well as use-inspired research. The role includes leading a complex academic environment with broad geographic reach, collaborating with a wide range of corporate and research partners, and translating institutional momentum into measurable progress across education, research, and engagement.
Successful candidates will have distinguished scholarly credentials and demonstrated administrative experience, along with strong capabilities to build trust across a large, decentralized university system and to communicate a compelling vision to faculty, students, alumni, and partners.
