Our client, The University of Wyoming, is seeking a Dean for its Casper campus who will be responsible for advancing the university's mission in Central Wyoming through academic programming, community partnerships, and student-centered innovation. Reporting directly to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer of the branch campus and as UW's senior representative in the Casper region. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the campus, including academic program delivery, enrollment strategy, fiscal management, personnel oversight, student services coordination, development, and community engagement.The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced, strategic, and collaborative leader with a strong background in higher education administration. They will have a proven track record of success in academic program development, community engagement, and student-centered innovation. The Dean of UW Casper will play a key role in shaping the future of the branch campus and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the university's presence in Central Wyoming.
