The Faculty of Health and Social Development (FHSD) is seeking a Dean to provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership to a diverse portfolio of programs spanning health, social work, nursing, kinesiology, and interdisciplinary health sciences. The Dean will play a vital role in addressing complex health and social challenges across the lifespan and within diverse communities, while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and strengthening research impact. Reporting to the Provost and Vice-President, Academic, UBC Okanagan, the Dean will be responsible for advancing the Faculty's vision and priorities, enhancing the quality and reach of its educational programs, and serving as a key member of the campus executive leadership team.This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's top universities within a vibrant and rapidly growing campus deeply connected to its region and community partners.
