The Dean will report to the Provost & Vice-President, Academic and provide leadership for the Faculty across our client's Waterloo and Brantford campuses. They will be responsible for advancing the Faculty's priorities, strengthening partnerships with other Faculties, and contributing to the University's academic mission and institutional strategy. The Dean will foster a collegial, inclusive, and high-performing academic environment, support excellence in teaching, research, and student success, and strengthen relationships with various stakeholders.The successful candidate will provide visible and accessible leadership across both campuses, support faculty research and knowledge mobilization, and guide the Faculty through growth and change. They will demonstrate sound judgment, transparency, and the ability to build trust and make timely decisions across diverse constituencies. The Dean will also be responsible for engaging in meaningful consultation and strengthening relationships with faculty, staff, students, alumni, Indigenous communities, government, and education-sector partners.
