The Dean of COM will report to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, serving as the primary academic and administrative leader of the College. They will be responsible for providing strategic vision, contributing to institutional planning, and ensuring alignment between the College's priorities and the University's broader mission. The Dean will work closely with the Provost and other University leaders to recommend academic policies, promote collaboration across the College, and foster a cohesive approach to institutional success. Additionally, they will champion our client's mission, vision, and strategic plan by cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, equity, inclusion, and belonging.In their role, the Dean will oversee the responsible allocation of the College's resources, including financial, human, and operational assets, to support student achievement, faculty and staff success, and meaningful impact within the communities served by our client. They will work to advance and strengthen the College's academic programs, ensuring they align with the University's strategic objectives. The Dean will play a key role in promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration within the College, while also contributing significantly to institutional decision-making and planning.
